01
The introductory conversation
We begin with a relaxed conversation about what is bringing you to coaching, the kind of support you are looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit. You do not need to prepare a polished explanation.
02
Your first coaching session
We look more closely at what is happening now, what is weighing on you, and what you would most like to be different. We identify a useful starting point rather than trying to solve everything at once.
03
Ongoing sessions
We notice patterns, talk through decisions and conversations, and consider practical options. Between sessions, you may choose one manageable step to try or something specific to observe.
04
Review and adjust
Coaching is responsive. We pay attention to what is helping, what is not, and what has changed. The process continues only for as long as it remains useful to you.
THE PRACTICAL DETIALS
Private, flexible, and online.

THE SCOPE OF THE COACHING
Clear support—and clear boundaries.
Coaching is practical, present-focused support for reflection, decisions, communication, patterns, and goals. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, couples therapy, family therapy, mediation, or crisis intervention.
If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, seeking help from an appropriately qualified healthcare or crisis professional is important.
