    I’m based in the vibrant city of Hamburg, Germany. While I originally come from the U.S., I’ve made Hamburg my home and operate my coaching practice here. I work with clients locally and around the world, thanks to the flexibility of online coaching. So, whether you’re nearby or across the globe, I’m here to support you wherever you are.
  • Are your coaching sessions available for international clients?
    Absolutely! My coaching services are available to clients no matter where they are in the world. I work with expats and English-speaking people living abroad, including those in the Hamburg area as well as globally. Since all sessions are available online, we can connect from anywhere as long as there’s a good internet connection. We’ll work out the best time for sessions based on your time zone, so it’s convenient for you. If you have any concerns about scheduling or how it works, feel free to reach out, and we can figure it out together.
  • Are the coaching sessions confidential?
    Absolutely. Confidentiality is a key part of the coaching process. Everything discussed in our sessions stays between us, ensuring a safe and private space for you to explore your thoughts and goals.
  • Do you offer a free consultation?
    Yes! I offer a free 30-minute Discovery call for new clients. This gives us a chance to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and see if my coaching approach is a good fit for you.
  • What if coaching doesn’t work for me?
    Coaching is a personal process, and it doesn’t look the same for everyone. That’s why I always recommend starting with a discovery call. It’s a chance to see where you’re at and if coaching feels like the right step for you. The truth is, you have to be in the right place for this kind of support, and that timing is different for everyone. If it feels like now isn’t the right time, or if coaching doesn’t end up being what you expected, that’s completely fine. The goal is to find the kind of support that works best for you—whether it’s coaching or something else.
  • Why should I work with you instead of using AI for advice?
    AI can give you quick answers, but it can’t challenge your thinking, help you see blind spots, or adapt to your specific situation in a meaningful way. Coaching isn’t just about getting advice—it’s about having someone who actually listens, genuinely cares, and is invested in your growth. No algorithm can do that. With AI, you get responses. With coaching, you get insight, reflection, and real progress—with someone who’s in it with you.   • How is coaching different from therapy?
    Great question! Therapy and coaching do share some similarities, but they really focus on different things. It’s often about understanding the "why" behind certain patterns or struggles. Coaching, though, is all about looking forward. When we work together in coaching, we're focused on where you are now and where you want to go. It’s more about setting goals, tapping into your strengths, and taking practical steps toward the life you want.   • How soon can I start sessions after purchasing a package?
    You can start as soon as you are ready. Once you've booked a package, we will book an initial consultation to properly meet, discuss what we can accomplish together.
  • What if I don’t want to be on camera? Can we just have an audio call?
    Of course! Coaching should feel comfortable for you. If you’d rather not be on camera, we can have an audio-only session instead—whether through a phone call or an online voice chat. The focus is on the conversation, not the screen. Just let me know what works best for you!
  • I am located in the EU. Do you adhere to European data protection laws?
    I prioritize the privacy of my clients, which is why I adhere to European data protection laws to ensure that your information is handled carefully. All actions on my end will comply with international legislation to ensure your family enjoys the utmost security and safety.
  • How do I find the right coach for me?
    The key is finding someone who gets you and what you're looking for. Think about what’s most important to you—whether it’s having someone who listens, asks thoughtful questions, or helps you figure out practical solutions. It’s always a good idea to reach out for an initial chat to see if the vibe feels right. You should feel comfortable and supported, like you’re talking to someone who really understands where you're coming from.   • What is WhatsApp and how do I get it?
    WhatsApp is a free messaging app that lets you send texts, make voice or video calls, and share photos and documents using your internet connection. One of the great features of WhatsApp is that you can make international voice and video calls for free, as long as both you and the person you're calling have the app and an internet connection. This makes it a convenient and affordable way to stay in touch with people, no matter where they are in the world. To get WhatsApp, simply follow these steps: Go to your phone’s app store (Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iPhone). Search for “WhatsApp” and click to download the app. Once installed, open the app and follow the prompts to verify your phone number and set up your profile.   • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    Yes, you can. I understand that plans change, so I offer a 48-hour window for you to cancel or modify your order after it's been placed. Simply contact me within 48 hours of your purchase, and I’ll be happy to assist you with any changes or a full cancellation. After the 48-hour period, changes or cancellations may not be possible, but feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.
  • What if I need to reschedule a session?
    I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule a session, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we can find another time that works for you. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee, but I always strive to be flexible.
  • How are the coaching sessions conducted?
    If you're in the Hamburg area, we can meet in person for our coaching sessions. For everyone else, I offer online sessions, which are super flexible and convenient. Whether we meet face-to-face or virtually, you’ll get the same personalized support, no matter where you’re located.
  • Why should I choose you as my coach?
    While skill and experience are certainly important, having a coach who truly cares about you is invaluable. Coaching isn’t just a job for me—it’s something I love. I get a lot of joy from helping people find balance and grow, and I’m genuinely invested in the people I work with.   • I noticed your sessions are conducted on Zoom, but I don’t have Zoom. Will that be an issue?
    No, that's not a problem at all! Zoom is free to use, and you don’t need to create an account to join a session. Once you book a session, I’ll send you a link that you can click to join directly from your browser or the Zoom app if you choose to download it. If you’re unsure about how it works, let me know—I’m happy to walk you through it before our session!
  • Your sessions and packages are priced in euros, but I don’t use that currency. How should I proceed?
    No worries! Payments can still be made using your local currency. Most payment methods automatically handle the currency conversion for you when you pay in euros. PayPal is a great option, as it converts currencies seamlessly and is easy to use. If you’re unsure or need help with this, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to assist!
  • Your rates seem lower compared to other coaches. Is there a reason for that?
    Thank you for asking! I keep my rates fair because I genuinely enjoy supporting people through life’s challenges and changes. I believe everyone deserves access to a coach who can help them grow and embrace change when they’re ready. I also recognize that insurance typically doesn’t cover the cost of working with a coach, which is why it’s important to me to offer pricing that feels affordable and allows more people to get the support they need. Coaching shouldn’t feel out of reach, and I’m committed to making it both meaningful and accessible.
  • I really want to work with a coach, but I’m worried I can’t afford your services. What can I do?
    I understand that financial constraints can be a challenge, and I truly appreciate your desire to work with a coach. If my current rates feel out of reach, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to discuss possible options, such as shorter sessions, a payment plan, or alternative resources that might fit your situation. My goal is to make coaching as accessible as possible, so let’s see how we can work together to find a solution that works for you.
  • How can you coach on so many different topics?
    That's a great question. The truth is that a coach’s job isn’t to be the expert on your life—it’s to help you make sense of it. Life isn’t divided into neat little categories—your relationships, career, and personal growth all overlap. That’s why coaching works across different areas. Whether you’re navigating change, dealing with stress, or working toward something new, the process basically stays the same: understanding what’s getting in the way and figuring out a way forward that actually works for you.
  • What’s the difference between coaching and consulting?
    Coaching and consulting both offer valuable support, but they serve different purposes and approaches. Coaching is a process focused on helping you reflect, explore, and find your own solutions. It’s about guiding you to discover insights and take action based on your own goals, values, and strengths. In coaching, you’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to help you navigate challenges, explore options, and build a path forward that works for you. Consulting, on the other hand, is more direct and hands-on. It’s where I offer expert advice, tools, and strategies that you can apply to your specific situation. If you need clear, actionable plans, strategies, or input on something like family communication, time management, or career shifts, consulting provides a structured approach to help you move forward. In many cases, you may find that you need both—sometimes coaching to help you reflect and explore, and other times consulting to get practical advice and solutions.
